Attention Sydneysiders! The Snook and I have two tickets to Big Day Out this Saturday that we're trying to get rid of. Anybody interested?

Update: Less than eight hours later, the tickets have been sold! Viva la eBay! I mean, I like the Foo Fighters and all, but there's no way I'm going to stand in 100-degree heat for eight hours to see them.

How much did you sell them for, just out of interest? My brother's going to the Melbourne BDO, and I couldn't believe how huge the demand is for tickets.

The demand is pretty huge here right now. We were planning to go all along but just last night I mentioned that I wasn't looking forward to the weather so much. Turns out the Snook was feeling the same way. So I went online just to see if anybody was selling them and they were going for, like, $150+ EACH! We really didn't care about turning a profit; we just wanted to not lose the money. So I listed them as a "Buy it now" for $250 for the pair. Snookums said the guy was pretty grateful when he picked 'em up today. I guess a lot of people have been getting scammed this year.

I think it would be better if they were called the "Food Fighters!"

Now that would be a fun concert/event to go to!
