my sister is making Mark and I a collage from photos of the two of us, our friends and families for our wedding. i'm excited to be getting such a personalised gift.

Awww, thanks! See, that's what I'm hoping people will think. The bride and groom's families are pretty well off, and I've heard that the gift registry has some pretty amazing stuff on it. I was starting to feel a little bad about my shabby homemade gift. But you're right, they're my friends and they know how much time and effort I've put into it. Sally's sister actually asked me about it at the Hen's Night last weekend, so she must be looking forward to receiving it!

And while you and Mark will be receiving many happy congratulations from me, I hope you're not expecting a quilt this year! Maybe for an anniversary. I'm done quilting for a loooong time. :)
