The Snook and I participated in the National IQ Test tonight (while taping the Queer Test, of course). He ended up scoring 128 while I had 124. The interesting part was seeing how our strengths complemented each other. I rocked the English section but he missed a few, while he kicked ass on the math and spatial that I flubbed. We're a little disappointed that we didn't qualify for Mensa though. (Our petty justifications: The Snook was drinking homebrew, while I'm pretty sure I'm running a fever. We'll get in someday.)

Interesting on your spread between the two of you...Amanda and I had the same spread, but opposite - she was smarter than me. :-)

Bastards. I scored 123. Actually I was quite shocked as I was certain my brain had left the building for the summer.

Ah, but you're younger than us, aren't you Steve? We both got a couple extra points for (barely) falling into the 26-40 bracket. :)

I'd also like to point out in my defense that I was *knitting* the whole time I was taking the test! So I should get bonus points for manual dexterity or something.
