Wow, the Snook's thesis is available on the new Google Scholar! As he says in his best Cartman voice: "I'm a scientist. I'm so kewl."

That's what I said... :)

(I remember it being quite a blow, after always thinking of myself as such a smart person, to discover while talking with my future husband that he'd been doing these insane-sounding chemistry experiments all through college while I wrote papers on the cultural significance of Muriel's Wedding.)
