Do you knit English or Continental?

I'm trying to learn to be a lefty since it supposed to be faster but I am so much faster as a wrapping knitter. Have any advice?

Oh, and good for you on the whole giving up your vices thing too.

English. I am the Queen of the Throwers. My motion is so exaggerated it's ridiculous. No wonder I always have shoulder pain. :)

I can do Continental though, when I have to. I forced myself to learn it when I was doing this fairisle sampler sweater so I could hold one colour in each hand. I've just never been really comfortable with it though.
