RunningBlog: Holy crap. This Tough Guy contest in England makes the Tough Bloke Challenge we did look like a stroll in the park. Eight miles of obstacles including barbed wire, fire, mud, and chunks of ice? That's awesome. (Link courtesy of the Snook.)

Clare did it too - but had to stop near the end and ended up in the first aid tent with mild hypothermia! They were breaking the ice on the river with chainsaws - about an inch thick. And it snowed.

She's already planning how to do it differently next year.

I reckon a few hundred press-ups would have warmed her up, don't you?
