Polish Easter Butter Lamb. That is awesome. I'm trying to imagine the meal where you'd get through a pound of butter though...

Massive extended family having a huge breakfast that lasts several hours (the first meal after the fasting of lent!) You wouldn't use all the butter, but it would be kept and used up over the next few days.
