Non-Newtonian fluids. The second video actually made my jaw drop. Didn't they do it once on Big Bang Theory? Regardless, that looks WICKED COOL.

My mother used to make the cornstarch mixture for my sister and I when were were bored. It would entertain us for ages when we were in primary school!
