Spicy Shredded Pork. Oh, YUM. My sister – the former vegetarian! – made this yesterday, and it sounds so good. I need to do that on the weekend.

That pork looks great. I’ve email the repice to myself at home. But I had to look up “pico de gallo” – basically salsa, right?

Yeah, salsa, pretty much. I’m just going to use it in soft tacos and put whatever’s left on salad, probably.
