Awww, Carissa Gaghan - everyone's favorite moppet Racer - is doing recaps of The Amazing Race this season. The really funny bit is that Eric and Jeremy are her favorite team. I guess when the sexual "innuendo" goes right over your head, they're just cute, doofy guys. (And hey, Tricia, Bill Gaghan will be running the Boston Marathon with you!)

Ah. Well, last season on the Amazing Race they had families of four competing, and one of the nicest were the Gaghans. Mom, Dad, 12-year-old son, and 9-year-old daughter. The parents run marathons and the kids run 5Ks and they just seem like all around great people. Their kids weren't brats and seemed a lot more mature at times than half the other adults competing. They ended up getting booted after a completely bogus Roadblock where the Mom had to search a ton of coffee beans for one of them that was dyed red. They were totally gracious though and the kids seemed to appreciate all the places they visited. I just remember thinking that they were one of the examples of good parents out there raising good kids. So if you see the guy in that article, give him a big thumbs up!

Okay; I'll just look for the fit-looking 40-ish guy with the short hair. Shouldn't be hard to spot. I'll be the 30-something gal with brown hair in a ponytail. ;)
