You know, whenever I start to feel bad about spending my discretionary income on knitting stuff, I just remember that there are people in this world who actually sign up for a lottery just for the privilege of dropping $300 for eight skeins of sock wool. And wow, next to them I feel downright thrifty!

It's no joke. LIke Kris, I often feel a pang of ...something... when I go to get a ball out of my yarn stash. Let's call it embarrassment. And sometimes people say things on Rav that bring it home to me that I do have a lot more discretionary sending than a lot of other people. But nearly $40 a ball... I'm not in that race!

This is where my weblog goes to die. Every post has a permanent home, so this is where you should link if you're so inclined.
"RunningBlog" refers to posts related to running that are cross-posted over at geekgirlrunner.

"Moblog" refers to posts and images posted directly from my mobile phone.

"PW Blog" refers to posts recovered from my very first weblog, which dealt with news related to my college dorm.
