My sister used the term "twi-hards" in an email recounting her viewing of Twilight last week, and I nearly pissed myself laughing at the neologism. I thought she invented it. Turns out that the fans are actually using it themselves (along with "fanpires"). Suddenly it's less funny.

I think I must have read it somewhere. I'm sure I didn't come up with that on my own. Fanpires is pretty funny.

I started reading the Charlaine Harris series now (on which "True Blood" on HBO is based) and boy. All the things that Stephanie Meyer doesn't say in her books? Harris says. Each and every word that Meyer surely slaved over? Harris doesn't seem to spend too much time on those silly old words. I kind of like it. It's pretty raunchy, but I'm okay with that. And it's more of a murder mystery so far than a romance.

This is where my weblog goes to die. Every post has a permanent home, so this is where you should link if you're so inclined.
"RunningBlog" refers to posts related to running that are cross-posted over at geekgirlrunner.

"Moblog" refers to posts and images posted directly from my mobile phone.

"PW Blog" refers to posts recovered from my very first weblog, which dealt with news related to my college dorm.
