    *After the movie…*

    Him: And you said the Witcher had too many confusing timelines…

    Me: So – Do you think she should’ve married Laurie?
    Him: NO. Laurie’s a dick.

    @NickyWill100 I expected to love the Chalamet more. I think ultimately I’m still Bale > Chalamet.

    @NickyWill100 Purely as Laurie, I mean.

    RT @neilhimself: It’s New Year’s Day in Fitzroy in Melbourne, where they will always be Hipper Than Thou. @ Fitzroy, Victoria https://t.co/…

    @Amys_Kapers I said the same thing! But he somehow missed that episode.

    I will say that this movie redeemed Amy for me. I liked her a lot. In fact, I liked the casting of everyone (except Bob Odenkirk, who I loved but who took me RIGHT OUT of the moment).

    From the trailer, I expected the proposal to WRECK ME. But it didn’t. I get that a Greta was telling a different story, but I was still a little disappointed.

    @randomknits I teared up as soon as Mr Lawrence was listening to her play the piano, but even then – I expected the death to be shattering, but it wasn’t really. Only two tissues for me. 🤧🤧

    Very tempted to throw a Schitts Creek finale party in a few months. Everyone would have to dress as one of the Roses…

    @lemon_lime Truth be told, there new one screws with the story quite a bit! I spent the first 15 minutes like, did we miss a reel??

    @gilmae @randomknits “The one that died!”

    Since my Mom and Grandma and sister have been pigging out in LA’s Koreatown, I had to make my own Korean feast! Momofuku Bo Ssam @davidchang https://t.co/KQRBnn5jz5

    @gilmae @randomknits Beth was always slightly weird and juvenile, even in the book.

    New Year’s tradition – Hoppin’ John! (Black eyed peas for luck in 2020…) https://t.co/dJPykYD9Bn

    @stringy Black eyed peas, ham, rice, onions, celery, jalapeño, thyme, parsley, green onions. It’s a Southern American classic!

    @The_McJones I endorse this take.

    You guys, we’re going to see Little Women this morning, and it turns out the Snook has NEVER SEEN IT OR READ IT. He has no idea what’s going to happen. It’s amazing.

    Me: Can you name a single character from Little Women?
    Him: Nope.
    Me: How many women do you think there are?
    Him: Several? At least three.

    Spots the poster on the way in…

    Him: FOUR! https://t.co/W3GLPYi2Cd

    Me: What happens in it? Do you know any of the plot?
    Him: … My brain keeps confusing it with Little House on the Prairie, but I know that’s not right…

    @randomknits @gilmae 😂😂😂

    @randomknits @gilmae I told him to plan on a post viewing review too.

    @jdunck It’s literally about to start!

    Fortunately remembered to do a search on @ravelry before I started reverse engineering Chris Evans’s Knives Out sweater and found that @_Caryn_S has already started! (Caryn – let me know if you want help!!) https://t.co/mgIVWo0o7u https://t.co/jQ4bfdNrd5

    I made some Aussies’ heads explode at Christmas lunch when I confidently answered “peach baskets” to a trivia question about the history of basketball. Turns out not everybody knows that. 😂🏀 https://t.co/EyASk8SOu5

    RT @unixbigot: You: An aspiring front-end dev living in .au interested in a short summer project helping to flesh out an IoT-related mobile…

    @lemon_lime Huh, he was! I didn’t remember that part; just that he wanted to invent a sport they could play at the YMCA in winter.

    @Mandy_Kerr @ravelry @_Caryn_S A little bit of column A, little bit of column B. 😉

    @knitterjp @mmastertheone Wait, what??

    @_Caryn_S His is very interesting. Normally with a jumper like that there’d be a panel under the arms with a repeating pattern that’s adjustable. His doesn’t have that though – it’s like they’ve added in an entire separate cable for each size.

    @_Caryn_S I’m definitely keen to test knit for a smaller size guy. I’ve done a similar style before: https://t.co/S6tkVuY9dc . That one uses a narrow cable under the arms that you repeat for the different sizes.

    This is THE BEST. ❤️ https://t.co/lEbogTtT5Q
