If the race-leader jerseys don’t inspire you, you could also look to the team jerseys: red and black of CSC, blue and black of Discovery, T-mobile pink, etc. I’m a big CSC fan, myself. There are also special jerseys for national champions and various other champions (time trialist, for example), so one could pick a patriotic theme. And anything with sunflowers would work really well.
