  1. Why’s it called a shell? Looks like ice cream!

  2. It’s a chocolate sauce that hardens once it comes in contact with cold. You know, like when you get a choc dip at the ice cream shop. You can buy it in a bottle though, and I think I’ve seen it here. I think it mostly happens because the chocolate is suspended in a lot of fat.
