I heard a co-worker blathering on this morning about Gucci’s new designer iPod cases. “I want one!” she announced. “Do you have an iPod?” someone asked her. “No, I guess I’d have to get one of those,” she answered. Idiot. I went over and showed her my homemade knitted one, which she (of course) disdained. Oh well. Those than can, do. Those that can’t, shell out $200!

Eeek! The one in the link looks horrible. Totally naff. Why cover up a design classic like an iPod with such a naff pattern. However I keep mine safely in my bag/pocket and use non iPod earphones as I find the iPod ones to be not so good. Though they don’t seem to make cases these days for 2g iPods anyway.
Speaking of horrible, that website is totally yuck. I mean. How much flash? No search facility. Total rubbish. Though tis good tyo know people are still shelling out for such crap.

I refuse to install flash – it stops me getting all those annoying animated ads that stretch across half the screen. Makes using the web cleaner, but looks like I won’t be able to look at the gucci site… so sad 😉

Wow you guys are being tough on that case. I think it’s kind of cute, plus it has a strap. Obviously it’s for more formal type situations. Bling bling baby.
