“Adultescents”

Horrors! I’m an adultescent! Well, except for the fact that I don’t live with my parents. But the rest of it is regrettably spot-on. I’d like to point out that we recently signed up for health insurance though, which hopefully is the first step in moving out of this hated demographic.

  1. But what if you have health insurance, a mortgage, and financial investments, but are still single? (Like a couple of people I know). Just because people are waiting longer to get married and have kids doesn’t mean that they are irresponsible and selfish. After all, we’re not having children without the income to support them like earlier generations.
